What we do.

Rush hour

Your production is on fire. Hard-to-reproduce bugs, performance issues, incidents: we step in fast, stabilize, then fix the root cause.

  • Fixing hard-to-reproduce bugs
  • Performance analysis and fixes
  • Adding monitoring (logs, metrics)
  • Writing tests
  • Setting up a deployment pipeline

Legacy takeover

We untangle the spaghetti. We migrate your application, step by step, to a maintainable, tested and observable foundation.

  • Code and architecture audit
  • Smooth rewrite or migration
  • Modular architecture
  • Reproducible and predictable behavior
  • Reduced maintenance

Software creation

We design and build your software from A to Z, from framing the problem to production and handover to your team.

  • Framing your problem
  • Reliable, open-source technology choices
  • Short, regular deliveries
  • Handover and team training

House specialty: Rust

Rewriting critical components in Rust, Rust code audits, coaching and training your teams. From back-end to embedded.

  • Rewriting critical components
  • Rust code audit
  • Back-end, CLI and tooling
  • Embedded systems
  • Team training and coaching

[Method]

How we work.

Understand

We start by understanding your problem, before talking solutions.

Iterate

We work in short phases, with regular deliveries and check-ins with your team.

Deliver

Tested, observable and documented code that your team can take over.

Follow up

We stay available after the engagement. We don't leave you hanging.

[The brigade]

Three senior profiles, one team.

Augustin Gjini

Augustin Gjini

Co-founder · Tech lead

20+ years in software development, including over 15 as tech lead and architect. At Synergee, an international B2B SaaS for retail, he led the move to a microservices architecture (.NET, Angular) and leads a team of 10 developers. Before that, he built high-throughput, real-time network monitoring platforms (LiveAction, Living Objects) and led Java projects for Airbus and Astrium. Involved in product definition, he always starts from the problem before the solution. He champions demanding engineering practices: TDD, functional programming, reproducible builds, observability. He teaches Rust to his team and runs a weekly Rust meetup.

Hermelen Peris

Hermelen Peris

Co-founder · Software developer

A developer with an unconventional background: trained in art and design, with experience in sales, he turned programming into his craft. This dual perspective, technical and design, shapes how he builds software. Curious and pragmatic, he explores different languages. Within the team, he seeks consensus and shared understanding, with one goal: results.

Mathieu Magne

Mathieu Magne

Co-founder · Embedded tech lead

An engineer with a hybrid background, both self-taught and formally trained, he has contributed to the design of hardware and software systems. He masters C, C++, Rust and Python, and leads embedded projects with conviction and method. A natural teacher, he is as comfortable with beginners as with experts and makes technology accessible to everyone.

[Tech]

Rust, and what goes with it.

Our specialty is Rust: reliability, performance and reduced maintenance.

And around it: React or Angular for the front end, .NET when your existing stack calls for it.

Rust

Rust, the language without compromise. Combining ergonomics, rigor, and performance, Rust eliminates common programming errors by design and delivers unmatched robustness. The result: fewer bugs, better performance, and reduced maintenance costs. A modern tool that lets you focus on what really matters, building features for any type of application (web, desktop, embedded, OS, and more).

React Logo

React / Angular

For the front end, TypeScript typed end to end. React and Next.js model the UI as pure functions, easy to reason about and compose. Angular, with signals, brings fine-grained reactivity and a solid framework for large business applications.

Dotnet / C#

A strongly typed, versatile language. It offers a solid balance between managed features (memory, threading, dynamism) and performance. It benefits from a rich and consistent ecosystem, enabling the development of fast and robust application servers.

[FAQ]

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Do you work on-site?

We mostly work remotely from Lozère, France, with regular video check-ins with your team. For key moments (kick-off, scoping workshops, go-live), we come to you.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your needs. We start with a free first call to understand your problem. Then we send you a tailored quote, time-and-materials or fixed-price, split into short phases so you stay in control of the budget.

Do you only work with Rust?

No. Rust is our specialty, but we also work with React, Angular, TypeScript and .NET. We pick the technology based on your problem, not the other way around.

Do you work on embedded systems?

Yes, on hardware and software systems, in C, C++ and Rust.
